A Message From Our President
Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity is an organization grounded in the ideals of providing business education and professional resources to students in the Cornell community. Our chapter’s members have gone on to work for notable companies within investment banking, consulting, technology, real estate, and other areas of business. Importantly, our chapter is committed to two central values: Transparency, and being Conflict-of-Interest free.
Our transparent recruitment process means we openly communicate what can be expected from candidates in our interviews. We look for a passion in pursuing a business career, among other various applicant characteristics, including leadership, teamwork, professionalism, communication, and critical thinking.
